Thanks for the suggestion bro! But I don't want to upgrade my PC just for a ENB, cuz I don't think it is really necessary
Anyway, thanks!

@Pranjit Das My suggestion, you need a powerfull garphic card.
4GB memory and DDR5, also with a Intel Core i3.
4th generation Core i3 because i remember my school computer using 4th gen core i3, 2GB RAM, and no graphic card, I can run smoothly gta sa with a lot of mods. But in that time i'm not using any enb because in that time i dont know enb. But i'm sure 90% Core i3 4th gen with a Graphic cards like i say can run SADX2.0 Very Low Option or maybe higher
Well that's my suggestion. Maybe there is a cheaper way but, that's the only i know.

I already tried it! My exe file was originally renamed as "gta_sa.exe" and I change it to "gta-sa.exe", also I have deleted "gta_sa.set" from User Files folder. But the result is same, game doesn't start at all. The screen goes black for about 2-3 seconds and then a massage appear saying "gta_sa.exe has stopped working", I have no idea how to fix it!!

@OneByteBoom I haven't tried MMGE 3, as Marty McFly already told to everyone that his ENB not works properly in-game play. Its only for screenshots, and we can't play the game smoothly.
Also, if everyone make their own ENB, then why not me? Check the video below:
https://youtu.be/3jtBTrtbWGo
Its from SA_DirectX 1.2, made by XMakarusX about 6 years ago. Did you notice the quality of the ENB? How simple it looks? No shader, no volumetric clouds, just simple ENB configuration and modified timecyc.
If XMakarusX able to improved his ENB from SA_DirectX 1.2 to SA_DirectX 2.0, then why not me?
That's why I'm still trying to improve my own ENB!

@OneByteBoom Same here too! I'm also unable to run SA_DirectX 2.0, for no reason at all! I asked a lot of guys of YouTube, and everyone told me that I can easily run that.
They said, 4GB ram and 4GB Graphics card is enough to run the mod, but I don't know why it not works. Maybe its a Windows OS issue? The Windows version of my PC doesn't support direct3D? But my computer is new, brought brand new from store only about 2 years ago, but I'm still confused why it not works!
Anyway, you know that I'm already working on my own ENB "SA_Profesia", so I will try to make it looks like "SA_DirectX 2.0" as closer as possible. But not now, cuz I already have a lot of other mods (cars for SA) need to finish and release soon!
BTW, thanks for the reply!

@Pranjit Das Of course, because SA_DirectX 2.0 is used by most people now especially those with high spec computers. But not me, my computer is too weak for running low untill high enb's.
Anyway. Awesome masterpiece Mad_Driver10.

Why ask for a remastering to Rockstar if with almost all the cars that you have posted added with the mods you already do one of the Best...
That 11mb of Dff would already burn my 3Gb of Ram ...
I will stay with the desire to try it, anyway it is a car that deserves the place of Hermes...
10/10
