I have suggestion to improve your car:

1. Change the reflection texture from xvehicleenv to vehicleenvmap (of vehicle.txd) it will looks more cooler!

2. Don't forget custom wheels, like the one from games like NFS MW, Carbon and Underground 2, so the car gets a hot shot look!

3. Fix the quality of the body (you can notice they're too boxy and parts like wheels, windshield and bumpers aren't curvier)

Probably to fix the exhaust smoke you only need to add the "Double Exhaust" flag line in handling.cfg You can add it with handling editor.
