In the Cutscenes files, you can found a weird model of the Police Car of Las Venturas,
this model is different, have a Env and haven't spec and neither colors.

the model was restored and and can be seen from the 5 stars.

i don't think you can add a new car, but add it with modloader. you can add/remove at any time.

@Lil Slim C I got a better program called "GTA Parking". Only people from Poland (like me) know about it, because it was maded in Poland.
