A port from a 2017 racing game, I expected a bit more than this. Can you tell why the details like rear lights/plate look cartoon-ish instead of realistic? (and the rims/badges are like that to a lesser extent..) the bodywork is good though, if you only fixed the lights and rims, it'll be perfectly HQ! @shdru
Also, the DFF is kinda corrupted, it's not even RenderWare format from GTA SA PC and contains just one struct. If you start conversions you know how to create integer DFFs? This is the ideal candidate for game crashing and more I think.. (note: if this is some sort of private obfuscation/locking, you're double-violating EA's rights as you cannot conceal something that you didn't create)
