GTA IV Vapid Coyote
-Straight conversion from GTA IV (with some extras removed)
-Supports Improved Vehicle Features
-Features supported include lights (turn indicators, brakelights, reversing lights), working steering, and IV Style Dirt.
-Reflections and lights in _F_ (Birdie) conversion style.
-Vanilla SA license plates.
-Default tuning parts with damage included.
-Works better with Tuning parts by _F_.
-Wheels don't sink with default vehicles.ide line.
-Replaces the mesa.
