this i made for a friand and i desided to relese it

credit goes to vince kaufman

What new in 2.0:

1. corrected the collision files because it crash the game to some people
2. added a valor lightbar

@boruch1234 it crashes when spawned, using Visual Car Spawner. in modloader.log, it says a random address.
