Description
-DLC Gun Running.
-Add. Infernus for replaced.
-Reflections & plate in GTA-V style.
-Personal editable plate:
All GTA-V plate, with #7 bumper fonts & #15 plates; alpha platea for remove plate.
-4 extra tuning Evo. -Scissor doors. -Headlights opening.
-Damaged parts: All for this model, without boot for extra.
-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-IVF211+ASI12 version.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

The dff are not blocked, even make all the changes you want!
What tool will I use? Zmodeler? Is there a tutorial how to edit it? Because I dont even know how to use those kind of tools

I have not yet looked at the model, but it does not seem to be a submarine - that's just not there - or have machine guns at first glance.
