-DLC Import-Export.
-Add. Infernus for replaced.
-With tool/tutorial add vehicles information.
-Reflections & plate in V style.
-Personal editable plate:
All GTA-V plate, with #7 bumpers font & #15 plates; alpha platea for remove plate.
-3 extra and Hard Top. -Carbon mipmap available.
-Damaged parts: All for this model.
-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-IVF211+ASI12 version.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

Because it was the latest version. Now the latest version is 3.1...
Replace the contents of folders, no matter if it is already there or whether it's new.
Bully Sholarshit can take it off, but it's not a problem if it is there.
For Cleo, just delete the VehicleAudioLoader_reloader.cs.
In GTA you must delete VehicleAudioLoader.asi
In GTAsa/date, rename vehicleAudioSettings.cfg to gtasa_vehicleAudioSettings.cfg instead of replacing it with the new.

I've played too much NFS that i dont remember what it's called because every damn game that i know have vinyls/paintjob or whatever they're called calls them differently like these
NFS:Vinyls
GTA SA:Paintjobs
GTA V:Liveries
etc.

I solved it from me.
The problem is VehicleAudioLoader 1.2, which is used with Limit Adjuster 1.3.
Delete the file:
GTA San Andreas\VehiclesAudioLoader.asi
Delete the file:
GTA San Andreas\cleo\VehicleAudioLoader reloader.cs
Rename the file:
GTA San Andreas\data\vehicleAudioSettings.cfg
as:
GTA San Andreas\data\gtasa_vehicleAudioSettings.cfg
Activate audio from Limit Adjuster
[ADDONS]
#Enable cheat string loader = 0
Enable vehicle audio loader = 1
However, AVT 2.0 has the Limit Adjuster 1.3, not 2.6,
which is for Paintjob and for the zr-350 lights.
So, Add Vehicles Tool 3.0:
