yes it is posible just need more than one 3d program to change format
i already tryed convert parts from farming simulator 2015 to gta sa (the log crane on 8x8 roadtrain (http://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/cars/88613-roadtrain-8x8-v1/)). i used gaints editor to safe object in obj format then c4d to chage format tu 3ds and finaly zmodeler made from 3ds to dff.
