replaces elegant.dff and elegant.txd by default

+ IVF version (original lights, IV dirt)
+ San Andreas version (SA lights and dirt)
- Both versions adapted to IVF

- ped_arm dummy
- High quality damage model
- Featuring all tuning part dummies

Why do you keep using the IVF version of cars in your videos if you don't have IVF installed? There is a reason I have included the "SA Style" version with every download...
