Description

Dinghy + Hang Glider + Giant Engine = Hilarious Obituary


This mod replaces the skimmer (the small seaplane)

It consists of a Hang Glider, a dinghy, and an engine from a mini :)

All you have to do is drop the dff and txd files into gta3.img (using Spark or imgTool)
there are no handling lines to copy, so its a simple install (just like my Flying Carpet mod) :)

the line above dose not work better with the normal sea plane, that is another line. i don't know what would happen. it seems tha sum instances of the game do run different with dif mods. mess with my big boat play it did.

works better with the normal sea plane, it would b cool if it had no wings and look like a sub 2. try the boat subs over skimmer did not work..
