I have to agree with Megalow. I'm an Itasha fan and it's not that I don't like this one. It's just... well....
Itasha livery on a motorbike is just plain hard to make. As you can imagine: a motorbike is a lot smaller than a car, so you don't have much 'workspace'. If you catch my motordrift.
All in all: 10 for idea and 5 for attempt = 6 overall.
