IMPORTANT
STREAM folder has been removed on 27 December 2024, MAIN reason is the issue of mobile port encoding .mp3 mono instead .ogg stereo & stuck on lowrider mission minigame
there is NO WAY TO FIX right now unless jpatch or someone would do this
Update 2024 :
SFX now use original .wav file
.idx included, you don't need img tool app anymore to fix audio
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT ANY BUG, THAT PART IS FROM GSG MOBILE PORT ISSUE
Do you know what the developers did with hate in the Remaster? Well, they decided to reuse highly compressed and broken sounds from their mobile port.
install :
GTASFX & GTASFX_SPC : extract to com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/audio/sfx

@tatara_hisokaWhen using this mod in its full version from the Google Drive link in Cesar Vialpando's mission, where you have to dance with a lowrider car, the music does not stop playing where it should stop and the arrow indicators keep appearing and the mission does not ends. . . . ,
The error is in the files that go in the STREAMS folder, I deleted them and the error was solved
