@MDXNaTioN Its true because I added a skin in gta3.img (without overwriting a ped model) and I added to my gangs group and it truly appears with them. but my phone crashes if my skin was detected so I leave it back to standard.
I Know dude, this is pedgrp.dat file. This file can edit name a skins from dff files
Example: BMYDJ, FBI, .......etc # POPCYCLE_GROUP_POOR
This is a name skins from dff file
Note: Don't enter the name of the vehicle (example: enforcer, yankee) so it does force close
