Well iPad 2 can run it smoothly with this mod. iPad 2 is now between 100-300 dollars 2nd hand.
I have an iPad. iPad Mini. But sadly, I don't have enough money to Buy the iOS version of GTA SA on AppStore right now. I don't even interested with pirating it, or download it illegaly.

Guys, you notice that there's no TXD File. its because gta3.img doesnt have TXD Files and Textures are in gta3.pvr.dat, gta3.pvr.tmb, gta3.pvr.toc, gta3.txt, gta3.unc.tmb iVIC675 uses TXDFucker too, TXDFucker is needed to import all textures to gta3.txt, Well, you need to export gta3.pvr.dat, gta3.pvr.tmb, gta3.pvr.toc, gta3.txt, gta3.unc.tmb then open gta3.txt with txdfucker then put all png files inside the ADD WTHOUT ALPHA. Guys watch iVIC675's tutorial on how to instal car mod on gta sa mobile then follow him!

If it need TXD Fucker, it is not for SA Mobile.
You have to make it Non-TXD.
