Fixed the speedo glass

IF YOU ARE UPDATING THE MODEL, THEN JUST REPLACE THE .DFF
You can do whatever you desire with the model, just make sure to mention me and the OG authors.
-Guaranteed no black cleo(basically you can be sure it won't crash)
-Textures are compatible with other mods(it won't cause conflicts with other mods)
-CLEO real name(If replace Alpha)
-Good damage
-4 colors (INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE)
-Beautiful headlight texture
