Here on GTAInside, there are lots of mods, mods for PC can be ported to mobile and vice versa. But if i were you, search a specific mod, like : "GTA SA PC Car Mods", or "GTA SA Mobile Car Mods, something like that

Yes, it should be imported in "gta3.txt", abd this mod is for Mobile ONLY. If you don't know how to import images, search the internet, there are plenty of tutorials out there.

@Zefir Hi there! Please speak in English. But if you are asking about "Alpha" and "Without Alpha", it means you have to import it to your "gta3.txt" with that compression.
