Here's the Buckingham Starjet from San Andreas Flight School Update DLC. (Original V Miljet Liveries included.)

This plane has these features:
-Detailed R* GTA V Old Gen Model. But Weak PC Friendly (no lag, low dff size)
-Supported for ENBSeries
-Working Parts (yep, almost all parts working)
-Multiple Liveries (template for creating liveries included)
-Replaces Shamal
