tool or as people call it "menu" is separated in 3 tabs:
weapons / ammo
handling.meta
effects

each section does different things.
weapons / ammo: lets you edit weapons in the game, from damage to shooting rockets with a pistol. and edit ammo carry on yourself

handling.meta: lets you edit vehicles in the game some vehicles have subhandlingdata i decided to add it in the tool. this goes from fmass to jumpforce

vehicles weapon is now in handling.meta: lets you shoot rockets or watever you want.

effects: lets you edit tire skid mark color, id , etc

now this "tool" is only for gta v steam version, if you have social club and you wish to use this too, dm me we are going to work together :)
