1. Open: OpenIV.
2. Turn: Edit Mode
3. Navigate to: x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_two.
4. If you want, you can make backup copy original file: accs_diff_000_a_uni.ytd
5. Replace: accs_diff_000_a_uni.ytd
