Installation:
1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/mai-outfits-addon-or-replace
2: Extract the "uppr_diff_000_a_pak.dds" and "uppr_diff_000_c_pak.dds" textures
3: Add the extracted textures to "MaiLuxury.ytd" using OpenIV
