change swat skin
Installation:
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to GTA V/x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\
componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf\
3. create backup of:
s_m_y_swat_01.ytd
4. Extract files from this zip to a folder
5. Make sure to enable edit mode.
6. Replace the file with the Sao Paulo Shirt
s_m_y_swat_01.ytd
7. Enjoy! :D
