Installation:

Add all files to your existing addon folder using OpenIV the use addonpeds to add to the game.

PLACE FOLDER IN:

Go to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks and place the "capshield" folder in there.
Go to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata and extract the "dlclist.xml" that you will find there.
Open the dlclist.xml with a text editor and insert this line:
