LSPD cop replacement for North Yankton cop ped

Have you ever called for NYSP back up during your time playing LSPDFR only to be disappointed when a cop wearing full snow gear hops out and ruins your immersion? well this is the mod for you. this ped pack will replace those snow cops with a very nice LSPD style ped. install instructions are in the readme. make sure to make copies of the original peds in case something gos wrong. enjoy!
