1. Open OpenIV on "Edit Mode"

2.Go to GTA V folder, next to... mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one

3.Replace:
p_head_diff_016_a

4.Go to GTA V folder, next to... mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one

5.Replace:
accs_diff_009_a_uni
accs_diff_004_a_uni
uppr_diff_004_b_uni
uppr_diff_004_c_uni
