No More Police Helicopters

This mod removes police helicopters from the wanted system. It may not necessarily remove them from some story missions.

Simply put, police helicopters will not show up no matter how many stars you have. Military base may not be affected.

As always, be sure to create a backup of your update.rpf (or any other files you intend to mod)

To install:
Run OpenIV
Go to update.rpf/common/data
Be sure to select "edit mode" at the top of OpenIV.
Right-click dispatch.meta and select replace.
Play the game.

Don't even try to use this online.
