1- Open OpenIV and enable "Edit Mode."

2- Navigate to the following path:

mods > x64h > levels > gta5 > props > roadside > v_utility.rpf

3- Open the folder named after your favorite player.

4- Select all the files inside, then drag and drop them into that path within OpenIV.
