This is hell of a huge script so that i managed to separate it into patches so you can enjoy it with features you want to run without any other codes running.

I made and run this mod smoothly on a:
legit steam version updated patch 1.27, NativeUI installed, ScripthookV 1.0.678.1, ScriptHookVDotNet-v2.4, Lua Plugin V.10.1

Note:
This mod is a Lua plugin mod and i'm not testing it on latest patch of GTA V (until now 1.33 - My game verson is 1.27 steam). The reason why i'm still using ScriptHookVDotNet-v2.4 is because when i installed ScriptHookVDotNet-v .2.7 sometimes it often crash the game if i try to have a quick load of the game when i roll back to V.2.4 it works just fine.

Even this version is a"inside refueling" but the vote still goes on, i still able to change wether to refuel from inside or from outside the vehicle, so please put your idea and suggestion on comment section.

Installing this mod together with "Populated Fuelstations" mod by @gta5testya will also make your game more realistic since at all gas stations will become more alive. you can download here

[i fuel V.1.1]
Super simple or Amusingly complex, Play it your way.
New minimalist Dashboard design,
No more speeding arround and the fuel is decreasing, now "i fuel" has 5 major factors that affect fuel usages [More factor with some expansion patch],
1, even if you are not hit the gas but as the engine idling it will slightly consumes your fuel,
2, shoot your tank and it will cause a leak at some random point. More tank damage means more fuel leak per hour even if your engine is off. you can prevent / know this if you run an "i scan" on your vehicle. but keep in mind that Fuel leak DOES NOT AFFECT vehicle consume rate, it decreasing your current fuel greatly.
3, Pressing the throthle will doubles the fuel usages, so now be nice and wise to them,
4, More damage your car is, more fuel it will consumes,
5, As Classic as it can be, more speed means more fuel usage.

[Fuel Variant expansion patch]
Choose freely among 21 of fuel kinds divided into 7 kind of fuels [Petrols, Diesels, Ions, Avturs, Avgases, 2 Taks, and Minyak tanahs.
Each of kind has 3 options of octane measures spesifications
The higher octane/measure comes with more bucks but they are less- consume
PETROL is for general cars, DIESEL is for Trucks, Busses, and some SUV's, ION is for hybrid cars, 2TAK is for bikes, AVTUR is for planes, AVGAS is for Helis, MINYAK TANAH is for Boats,
You can refuel any vehicles with any fuels any octanes at any pumps totally free,
But the consequence is all yours
Using wrong kind of fuel can cause serious damage to your vehicle,
You can drain your tank at any gas station to renew your missfueled tank,

Diesel Vehicles are ussualy have larger tank capacity,
Diesel fuel are intend to be more cheap than other fuels
Hybrid cars are more fuel-consumeless but the Ions are more expensive that diesels and gasolines.
2Taks fuels are intended to be more expensive than gasolines since in real life we need to mix gasoline with oil to have 2 Taks,
Avturs and Avgases are more expensive than any other fuels,

Basicly it is a Dyno Run
Scan the condition of your vehicle
You'll need this feature as a main feature because some of indicator have been removed and the only way you can know it its with i scan.
Prices are depend on what vehicle you drive, more expensive = more money to scan.
Further will be added a quick scan feature [instant scan for triple price]

[Oils & fluids expansion patch]
You can change oils at any gas stations,
If you forgot to change your oils you will get engine health degrade,
It has 12 brand of oils to choose,

[Parts & Services expansion patch]
Repair your vehicle, the cost depends on vehicle price,
Dashboard & HUD repair, No more invincible & eternal Dashboard, it now breakable as your vehicle health degrades,
I Drive chip system for installing other driving style [matic, manual or smart drive]
Engine cooling system, You have a breakable engine cooling system with real temp measure. Broker air cooler = temp increased = engine health degrades = broken car and more fuel consume
Sound system, Your radio is more interactive now and it also breakable. Broken sound system = music will scratchy at first or even more it's no music at all. But you can repair it.
Air conditioner, Yes now your zentorno has an AC. you can turn it on/off but if it OFF you'll starting to get sweat indicated with a wet cloth you wear, if it ON your fuel consume will slightly increased. It breakable but you can repair it.
