This replaces the drifting/burnout tire screeching sounds with a different sound.

Installation: Open, OpenIV go to x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf then click
"edit mode" and replace vehicles.awc with the new one.

Why are so many mod creators so lazy on here?! They can't write decent descriptions or post videos when it is VERY RELEVANT!
