ILS - Indian LED Streetlights

ILS stands for Indian LED Streetlights. It's a special mod I created to make streetlights look better at night, especially when it's foggy or rainy. This mod changes the way the lights work, their shapes, reflections, and the little bulbs they use. I decided to release it on Republic Day as a special occasion! I really hope all the people in India will love the improved streetlights.
