Due to the upload limit on gtainside, we had to upload the 600MB WLS 4.0 on Google Drive. You can find the download link after downloading the mod from here.

WLS 4.0 provides three options for users:

LDSRL - LOW DYNAMIC SPOT RANGE LIGHTS
HDSRL - HIGH DYNAMIC SPOT RANGE LIGHTS
UDSRL - ULTRA DYNAMIC SPOT RANGE LIGHTS
The range quality of LDSRL is low and can render lighting up to 50 meters. HDSRL can manage up to 200 meters, while UDSRL can render lighting up to 600 meters. Please note that the FPS requirements for each option are different:

LDSRL requires at least 30FPS
HDSRL requires at least 70 FPS
UDSRL requires at least 120 FPS
HDVRL - High Dynamic Volumetric Range Lighting Technique - is an inbuilt feature in "Exterior Preset 2". It improves the volumetric lighting in the following weathers:

FOGGY
RAINY
Thunderstorm
Blizzard
Xmas
Halloween
Snow
Smog
Please note that using the Preset 2 package may result in slight FPS drops.

White LED Streetlights depend on the presets, and you can only install one preset at a time. Exterior Preset 1 is all about shadows, lighting, colors, and FPS enhancements. In contrast, Exterior Preset 2 upgrades the visuals of indirect colors, indirect shadows, high dynamic volumetric range lights (HDVRL), high dynamic shadows (HDSHS), and more.
