Black LED Streetlights (LEGACY ONLY)

BLS - Black LED Streetlights is a project for enhancing FPS and dark nights feature in GTA. This mod disables all the lighting of streetlights, building lights, interior and exterior lighting systems, providing significant FPS improvements of up to 20+ or more FPS and giving darker nights.
