Sandy Shores Airstrip Race Track

Converts the Sandy Shores desert airstrip into a race track with two corners at the end of the two parallel runways, a chicane on one runway and a hairpin before the big straight. Also includes a drag strip on the shortest runway, a monster truck ramp and an arch at the stunt jump. Racing cars are also spawned, along with Arena Wars vehicles.

Known bugs/issues:
AI planes will crash into the start/finish line
