HOW TO INSTALL
1. In OpenIV, navigate to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpapartment\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\apartmentvehicles.rpf\
2. Drag and drop the vehicle files into the apartmentvehicles.rpf window.
3. Start the game
4. Enjoy
