Description
1.Run the OpenIV x64e.rpf> levels> gta5> Go to vehicles.rpf path.
2."Edit" and then click your OpenIV towards the "vehshare.ytd file in Korea Plate Number File folders Drag.
3.You are now properly applied if you execute and close the OpenIV.
