go to UPDATE \update.rpf\common.rpf\data replace gameconfig and handling
go to UPDATE \update.rpf\common.rpf\datalevels\gta5 replace popcycle
go to GTA V \common.rpf\data\levels\gta5 replace popcycle and vehiclepopulation
go to GTA V \common.rpf\data\levels\stripped replace popcycle
go to GTA V \common.rpf\data\ai replace vehicleaihandlinginfo
