I had to after I saw the flags on the roof in some of the liveries.

Installation:

1: Install this mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/weeny-tamworth-add-on-tuning-template

2: Add the "tamworth_livery2.yft" file to "E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\sptamworth\dlc.rpf\x64\vehiclemods\tamworth_mods.rpf\" using OpenIV with Edit Mode enabled
