-First install BMW M3 E30 car mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/bmw-m3-e30-1990-add-on-tuning-template
-then unzip the file (m3e30.ytd) and replace it in:
GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/m3e30/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf
