1: Extract "hellion_livery4.yft"
2: Using OpenIV, add it to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvinewood\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\mpvinewood\vehiclemods\hellion_mods.rpf\"
Credit for the Hellion truck goes to Rockstar Games
