1.With OpenIV go to:
2. Mods / update / x64/ dlcpacks [ Make a folder and name it: rrs ]
3. Paste the dlc.rpf from .Rar into made folder
4. Go to - Mods /update /update.rpf /common/data to edit the: dlclist.xml
