This is texture pack for Lt.Caine's V interceptor, so no models included.
For vehicle model, download it from: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8329-v-interceptor-default-type/
I made this, waiting for real ford taurus interceptor to come to GTA V.

Using OpenIV, open police3.ytd in “update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf”.
Locate "pol3_sign_1~4" and replace it with the ones you downloaded
