Run openIV
Press EDIT MODE in OpenIV
Go to GTA V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Drag & drop files from the rar file provided into vehicles.rpf
Go to GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
Drag & drop files from from the rar file provided into vehicles.rpf
Press EDIT MODE again in OpenIV & exit out
version 0.1

Simple retexture simple everything, nothing special about this, don't expect updates for it unless
requested or issues arrise.
