Here is a Skin Livery for California Highway Patrol Police Vapid Stanier.
Note; this is final version and the best that can be done for the vehicle until car mods come out.

Put the Police.ytd in your \Grand Theft Auto V\\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
You do not have to Rebuild.
Go in Game Spawn Police to see results.
