Replace speedo2 files in
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

Addon :
Drop mysterycar folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data
add this line


dlcpacks:\mysterycar\


Save it and replace.

Spawn name . mysterycar
