Wenn ihr den Mod habt dann OpenIV öffnen und in dem Fahrzeugordner citaroflg.ytd ersetzten
OpenIV--> GTA V --> mods --> update --> x64 --> dlcpacks --> mercedescitarog --> dlc.rpf --> x64 --> levels --> gta5 --> vehicles --> vehicles.rpf
Eng: To install the paint job, you need this mod:

Once you have the mod, open OpenIV and replace the file citaroflg.ytd in the vehicle folder:
OpenIV --> GTA V --> mods --> update --> x64 --> dlcpacks --> mercedescitarog --> dlc.rpf --> x64 --> levels --> gta5 --> vehicles --> vehicles.rpf
