Place the tuning files in: update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday1ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\patchday1ng\vehiclemods\tailgater_mods.rpf\

@KeeJay13 yeah I know the functions of roof scoop in rallying it was meant to keep the dust out of the car, but it's also for engine cooling for rear engined car from what I've read. I don't know if it's true or not, I haven't tried that.
and yeah, this mod is 100% rice.
