humbo folder goes to:
gtav/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Edit dlclist.xml
mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Add the line dlcpacks:/humbo/
to the dlclist and save then exit.
Spawn: humbo
Update 1.1: Fixed steering wheel not rotating in correct direction.

Hello, I did the steps as you said, but it doesn't work, I enter the game, I try to spawn it with mod menu and nothing, not even a trick...
What I did have to do is copy the update folder and move it to the mods folder, that's what I did and then I did the steps you indicated, but nothing happens and it doesn't let me spawn it
