Installation:

1.Place mpapartment in update/x64/dlcpacks

2.Place mpapartment from dlc_patch folder in update/update.rpf/dlc_patch

3.Go to update/update.rpf/common/data and edit dlclist and extratitleupdatedata and add lines
"dlcpacks:\mpapartment\"
in dlclist.xml &

"dlc_mpApartment:/update:/dlc_patch/mpApartment/"
in extratitleupdatedata.Without quotations!

4.Put handling.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data

5.Put gameconfig.xml in update/update.rpf/common/data

6.Cars should spawn even regularly but you can specifically spawn by name or through trainer:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/gta-5-pc-mod-ohmymodz-essential-v1-mod-menu-trainer-lua
