to install handling.meta, go to >>>>
Rockstar Games\Grand theft auto V\update.rpf\common\data

i edited vehicles.meta for viewed lod distance, to install this, go to >>>>
Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

this has now been corrected so vehicle should remain intact as you walk away.. unless of course you just blew the shit out of it... :D

The car is still not finished so please note the following::

KIT PARTS, BUMPERS, SPOILER, SKIRTS BONNET, ARMOUR ETC... ALL CAUSE BUGS - DO NOT USE THEM ON THIS MOD

engine upgrades, turbo, suspension, transmission, brakes, neons, wheels, tints (windows only), custom tires etc all function 100% and tuner wheels fit correctly and driver hands are on steering wheel too.

Damage functions are working 100% including breaking glass and lighting, dirt mapping is poor, but functional.
Dials are working 80% - (speed dial not accurate)
Steering wheel also turns.

handling is W.I.P and will be updated as i improve things. hands are on steering wheel, but require slight refining, this will be corrected for the ADDON update. NOT BEFORE.
