GeoVai, literally it will if you decide to go for replace method. That means you will see this car each time the game spawns a Zentorno into the traffic.
In other side this download includes Addon Method which allows you to add this car completely without having to replace Zentorno, this means you wont see the lamborghini inside the traffic cycle but you will be available to spawn it from a Trainer by typing "Veneno" inside the car spawn console. (This method is way more hard to install and its not recommended unless you already know how to do it, or otherwise you can provoke your GTA client to crash when starting it up. Always Backup your original files before attemping any mod installation)

-Try installing the carcols.meta correctly, that will fix them and will make you enjoy more the car.
